How Much Will Window Film/Tint Cost Me?

Is Window Film Expensive?

If you have good double pane or triple pane windows but are not getting the performance that you were hoping for, Elite Sun is the Solution to your answer. Rather than going to get expensive high performance glass, adding Window Films will get you the same performance as high efficient glass, without the price tag of glass replacement.

Elite Sun Solutions carries every leading manufacture for Window Films. When we come out we see what you are trying to accomplish and put all the film manufactures up against each other to get you the best price possible. All the Window Films and tints we sell are sold by the square foot, so pricing varies depending on the size of your windows and how many windows you have. Large projects tend to get slightly better pricing because we can offer more of a quantity discount.

With Elite Sun Solutions our prices per square foot include Window Film, labor, and warranty. Traditional dyed films range between $6 to $10/sq.ft. The Huper Optik ceramic lines range between $12 to $20/sq.ft. We offer a lifetime warranty that goes above and beyond any manufacturer warranty on the planet. Cheap film may look good in the beginning, but will eventually fail in blocking out the summer heat, fade, turn purple or bubble soon after installation. Higher quality Window Film such as semi-metallized, fully-metallized, sputtered or ceramic window films like Huper Optik films offer both advanced performance and has a lifetime warranty. These films are worth the higher price. When you tint with us, we make sure your window film looks good forever.

You can compare Window Film prices to blinds, solar shades, awnings and window replacement. Window Film will prove to be the most efficient and cost effective option for your windows. Blinds are not only expensive but once closed they block out your view and leave a couple inch gap that allows heat to slowly radiate into your home. Solar shades are very expensive and like a sponge can only absorb so much, after the heat absorption has reached its peak, the heat will then flow into the home effecting utilities. Replacement windows can be good for old single pane glass with a leaky frame or broken seals, but when it comes to heat rejections and UV rejection Window Film would be the best option. There are no windows that can provide 99.9% UV rejection and give the option of 98% infrared rejection, our film selection does.
